Parts of Sitwell Street and Willowcroft Road ( to South Avenue) around the mini island will be closed from 7am to 5pm on Sunday 12 April.
There will be access only for other parts of Sitwell Street from mini island by White Swan to Lodge lane/Church Hill.

There will still be access to shops and Village Hall. Bus companies are aware.
The closure has been prompted by the need to repair the carriageway around the mini island and while the road is closed other work will be completed at the same time including ST Water to repair manholes, Highways Maintenance to complete other patching and Street Lighting to replace lighting column. Thus reducing the need for further road closures.
